Tents ship by courier with door-to-door delivery. The courier calls in advance to arrange a delivery slot.

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

• — Withdrawal period: 14 days from delivery date
• — To exercise the right, send your withdrawal declaration by email to zwroty@ridgeloftcamp.com
• — Returned goods must be complete, in original packaging and in unchanged condition (beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature and features)
• — Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer (art. 34 sec. 2 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) — you have been clearly informed of this before purchase
• — Refund issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration, via the same payment channel you used
• — The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods or proof that they have been shipped back
• — The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and properties

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's individual specifications (e.g. custom-sized variants), pursuant to art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
