If your vehicle has a roof rack or crossbars rated for at least 75 kg dynamic load, a Ridgeloft will fit. Our universal mounting kit works with flat, raised, and aftermarket rack systems. If you're unsure, send us your make, model, and rack — we'll confirm.

Yes. All Ridgeloft tents are designed for permanent mounting. The travel cover protects the canopy from UV and road grime. Expect 1–2 MPG fuel penalty at highway speeds.

Two crossbars, minimum 90cm apart, rated for the load. Most factory rack systems work; we also publish a compatibility guide for aftermarket bars.

The Apex Hardshell opens in about 10 seconds. Softshell models (Alpine 2, Summit 3) take 60–120 seconds once you've done it a few times.

Our stock telescoping ladder works for vehicles with roof heights between 150 cm and 210 cm. Lifted rigs should add the ladder extension.

Yes — sleeping bags, pillows, and a light blanket fit inside when the tent is folded. We recommend removing heavier items.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from our warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves the dock.

Yes — under Polish consumer law you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Send your declaration to zwroty@ridgeloftcamp.com. The product must be returned complete, in original packaging, in unchanged condition (beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and features). The return shipping cost is borne by the customer (art. 34 sec. 2 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act); we refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration, using the same payment method.

Any existing Ridgeloft customer can get a unique referral link. When a friend buys through your link, you earn $100 in store credit and they get $75 off their order. Email referral@ridgeloftcamp.com with your order number to get started.

No limit at all. Refer five friends, earn $500 in credit. Each confirmed referral adds another $100 to your account.
