Who can join the referral program?+
Any existing Ridgeloft customer with a confirmed order. If you own a Ridgeloft tent, you're eligible.
Does my friend need a referral code?+
No code needed. Your unique link handles everything automatically — the $75 discount applies at checkout as soon as they click through.
When does my $100 credit appear?+
Your credit is added to your account when your referral's order ships, not when they place it. This prevents abuse from cancelled orders.
Is there a minimum order for my friend?+
The $75 discount applies to any tent purchase. Accessories-only orders don't qualify.
Can I combine my credit with other discounts?+
Store credit can be combined with most promotions. We'll note any exceptions clearly in the referral email we send you.
Do I earn credit for every referral?+
Yes. There's no cap. Each friend who buys through your link earns you another $100 in store credit.
