Yes. All Ridgeloft tents are designed for permanent mounting. The travel cover protects the canopy from UV and road grime. Expect 1–2 MPG fuel penalty at highway speeds.

Two crossbars, minimum 90cm apart, rated for the load. Most factory rack systems work; we also publish a compatibility guide for aftermarket bars.

The Apex Hardshell opens in about 10 seconds. Softshell models (Alpine 2, Summit 3) take 60–120 seconds once you've done it a few times.

Our stock telescoping ladder works for vehicles with roof heights between 150 cm and 210 cm. Lifted rigs should add the ladder extension.

Yes — sleeping bags, pillows, and a light blanket fit inside when the tent is folded. We recommend removing heavier items.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from our warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves the dock.

Yes. Sleep in it for 30 nights. If it's not the right fit, we'll arrange pickup and refund you in full. We cover return shipping within the lower 48.
